VE Grades | Combustion Modified Ether Range
Low density foam used for various upholstery, headboards and packaging purposes.
Not suitable for seating.
Medium density foam used for occasional use seating, cane furniture cushions, garden cushions etc.
Reflex (RF) Grades | Filler Free Combustion Modified Ether Range
Medium density foam for frequent use seating, sofa’s etc.
Recon | Combustion Modified Reconstituted Foam Grades
Although it’s very firm and hardwearing, it is often seen in products such as crash mats, garden kneelers, and various other areas when a great amount of impact / pressure is focused on a small area.
Memory Foam | Vasco (VS) Grades | Viscoelastic Combustion Modified Ether Range
Memory foam is becoming commonplace in everyday activity. It is now popular in many orthopaedic devices such as, mattresses, toppers, pillows, insoles, leg raise cushions, haemorrhoids rings, and is now a popular filling for other items such as bean bags and pet beds.
